Long term, China establishes the Confucian World Order. 1st Sphere — the Middle Kingdom (CHINA). 2nd Sphere — Tributary States and Vassals of the Middle Kingdom. 3rd Sphere — barbarians and animals.
Slavs will be in the 2nd Sphere as they were under the Mongol/Tartar Yoke. Japanese too.
I think based on techwork's posts, anglo-saxons might be in the 3rd sphere.
