State officials created a one-mile radius zone in New Rochelle, in Westchester County, where schools and other buildings will be forced to close and the National Guard will be deployed.
The creation of the “containment area” by Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo, which had echoes of measures taken in other past public health crises, concentrated the state’s attention around a synagogue that is at the center of the state’s largest cluster of cases.

Защитой местной жидовской коммуны от погромов со стороны белых, в случае наступления хаоса и начала беспорядков на улицах. 2. Доля заболевших среди жидов больше, чем среди белых, или же в виду того, что в узких кругах стало известно, что вирус теперь любит группу J, то предпринимают превентивные меры по защите своих.
Т.к. нью-йорк - это один из самых жидовских городов в США, то такие зоны в еврейских поселениях должны быть повсеместно, и это, я думаю, только начало.
