Copying is one thing but experience is another. How does China know how to operate carriers? They have no experience in doing so. This goes the same for other technologies copied. You need a doctrine and military strategy not just hardware.

Does China have NCOs? Is China's command and control similar to NATO's or Russia's? Do they store their ammo depots like Russia? I'm assuming as a totalitarian country, their C&C is based off USSR's. So nice hardware but corrupt and rigid command and control structure. Vietnamese call them "Paper Tiger".
